PacWest Construction & Engineering, Inc. brings over 25 years of general construction expertise with a strong emphasis on federal design‑build projects, as well as commercial and residential work. We hold three independent California licenses—Civil (A), General Building (B), and C‑Specialty Trades—reflecting compliance with some of the nation’s most rigorous building standards. PacWest is a Native American–owned SDB and ISBE‑certified firm.

 

We have successfully graduated from the 8(a) program to Small Business status and are now adding HUBZone certification to our portfolio. Our team has delivered hundreds of residential and commercial projects and more than 85 federal projects exceeding $200M in value, all with a perfect safety record. We have been awarded multiple BOA, JOC, MACC, and IDIQ contracts, as well as several sole‑source awards based on our proven performance.
